We recommend your first follow-up appointment at 7 weeks. At that time, your stylist will evaluate your grow-out and determine if you can go longer in between appointments. During your appointment, your stylist will remove your extensions, assess any adjustments that need to be made and reinstall the extensions. On average, one has their rows reinstalled between 8-10 weeks.

Quality hand-tied hair will last on average 9-12 months. With proper styling care and the proper use of professional hair products, you can easily get one year out of your hair.

Yes! Gym hair is best in a braid or ponytail. If you sweat excessively, we recommend prepping your hair the same way you would if swimming. After your workout, our go to dry shampoo is Goldie Locks Dry Shampoo Powder or R+Co Spiritualized!

Yes! You can swim with your extensions. Recommended doing so with a tight braid and leave in conditioner. Be sure to keep your extensions away from sunscreen that contains Avobenzone, as the chemicals can alter the color and quality of the extensions. We recommend using Goldie Locks Mineral Sunscreen to avoid this reaction.

Hand tied wefts are sewn at the seam and cannot be cut without sealing and tying off the ends, these wefts must be completely dry after being exposed to moisture. A micro/smart weft is injected with a seal along the seam that allows the stylist to cut and customize the size of the weft without excessive shedding, these wefts can be left to air dry and are a great option for those who are active or prefer low maintenance.
