Your appointments are very important to Sunkissed Hair Loft, as it is reserved especially for you! Our schedules are dedicated to our clients + their needs, but when we have a no-show or last minute cancellation we cannot fill that appointment for another person. As a result, we require at least a 24 hrs notification via phone or email to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For reasons other than emergencies, any cancellation, no-show or rescheduling less than 24 hrs of the original appointment time will be charged 50% for cancellations, 20% for rescheduling and 100% no-show. If late more than 10 minutes a fee in the amount of $10 will be charged.
Our policies allow us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Sunkissed Hair Loft's policies are presented and provided in the best quality + tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Child Care Policy
At Sunkissed Hair Loft, we do try to provide a relaxing envirmonment for all guests in the salon. We ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment. All children are subject to elements of danger in a salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons/tools, chemicals, etc.)
